Online Access to Health Affairs

Online Access to Health Affairs

Health Affairs has long been a favorite journal for health care policy makers.
As of Jan 2014, Library Services is offering online access to Health Affairs.  As long as you are using an Affinity or Ministry computer (or remote access), you should be able to get to full-text articles in Health Affairs.

From their website : “Health Affairs is the leading journal of health policy thought and research. The peer-reviewed journal was founded in 1981 under the aegis of Project HOPE, a nonprofit international health education organization. Health Affairs explores health policy issues of current concern in domestic and international spheres. Its mission is to serve as a high-level, nonpartisan forum to promote analysis and discussion on improving health and health care, and to address such issues as cost, quality, and access.”

Please Note : Due to challenges with inter-office mail delivery between Ministry and Eastern regions, this offer is only for Affinity / East Region.

Why are we giving them away?
--limited shelving space for audiovisuals
--CE credits are available only for 3 years since date of publication
--Our libraries emphasize the most up-to-date info, so we want to make room for more recent issues.
